Dr. Alison Wiebalck, Co-Author of the Lawbility Legal English Manual (Helbing Lichtenhahn/C.H.Beck/Manz, 2013), from England, graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, in the subjects English and law. Subsequently she earned her doctoral degree in international law at the University of South Africa (UNISA). She has been editing legal texts and teaching legal English to legal professionals in Zurich-based law firms for many years.At Lawbility Alison Wiebalck works as a legal English linguist. In addition to several legal English practical seminars, she also leads the module "The Language of the Law".
